A Classic Summer Cocktail.

OVERVIEW
Watch out for this one! A blend of many types of alcohol, and tastes great, so it creeps up on you. May only want 2 of these babies.

ORIGINS
The Long Island Iced Tea, was invented
in, you guessed it, Long Island, NY.
It was invented in the 1970's by a
bartender named Robert "Rosebud" Butt.
There are many variations of this drink today
around the world.

Long Island Iced Tea Ingredients: ONE
• 1 Part Gin
• 1 part White Rum
• 1 Part Vodka
• 1 Part Creme De Menthe
• 2 Parts Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Tsp. Simple Sugar Syrup.
• 10 Ice cubes


Long Island Iced Tea Ingredients: TWO
• 1 Part Gin
• 1 part White Rum
• 1 Part Vodka
• 1 Part Triple Sec
• 2 Parts Sour Mix
• 2 Parts Cola.
• 10 Ice cubes

Place in cocktail shaker, and
serve over ice in a highball glass.
Garnish with lime or lemon and a straw.
