Tropical Drink Recipes: The Chi Chi three versions of a island classic

How to make the Chi Chi tropical cocktail drink.

OVERVIEW:
This one is great for a tiki party or luau.
It's flavors are of pineapple and coconut, a classic combination.
This cocktail has been with us for some time.
It was a classic cocktail served at resorts and tiki bars in the 1950's.




CHI CHI INGREDIENTS: Classic
• 1 1/2 oz vodka
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• Garnish with one slice pineapple and one cherry

Blend in an electric blender at a high speed. Pour into a wine or hurricane glass.
Garnish with the slice of pineapple and the cherry.

CHI CHI INGREDIENTS: Tequila Version
• 1 1/2 oz Tequila
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• Garnish with one slice pineapple and one cherry

Blend in an electric blender at a high speed. Pour into a wine or hurricane glass.
Garnish with the slice of pineapple and the cherry.

• 1 1/2 oz Vanilla Vodka
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• 2 oz Half and Half
• Garnish with one slice pineapple and one cherry

Blend in an electric blender at a high speed. Pour into a wine or hurricane glass.
Garnish with the slice of pineapple and the cherry.
