Tropical coktail drinks: "Between the Sheets" recipe. A classic cocktail recipe.

TROPICAL COCKTAILS

How to make the Between the Sheets Cocktail drink.

A classic cocktail recipe.

This drinks back to before the 1950's,
and became very popular in the 1980's.
Fun name, and a great tasting drink.

Between the sheets recipe:
Ingredients

• 2 oz Light Rum (Cruzan, Bacardi, etc)
• 2 oz Brandy (Sabra Grand,E & J Distillers, Ascott, etc.)
• 2 oz Cointreau (Triple Sec is fine)
• 2 Tlsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:Mix into a cocktail shaker and strain into clear glass.

OVERVIEW
When carefully made, the lava flow
cocktail looks like red flowing lava.

my mom's drink even though it didn't taste like it had any alcohol.. called Lava Flow

LAVA FLOW RECIPE:
•  1 oz Coconut Rum (Malibu, Parrot Bay)
•  1 oz White Rum or Light Rum (Cruzan, Bacardi, etc.)
•  2 oz Pineapple Juice
•  2 oz Fresh Strawberries
•  2 oz Coconut Cream
•  1 Fresh Banana

1.   Place strawberries and two rums into a blender and blend until creamy.
2.  Pour into a hurricane glass.
3.  Place Fruit and juice into blender, blend until creamy.
4.  Pour this into the hurricane glass SLOWLY.
5.  The red rum mix will creeps up the sides!

It has a very fruity taste, and is made
from peach schnapps and orange juice

This drink was huge in the 80's with the younger crowd.
It help to start a cocktail revival.

FUZZY NAVEL RECIPE: ONE

•  1 Part Peach Schnapps
•  1 Part Orange Juice 


HAIRY NAVEL RECIPE: TWO
In this recipe, Vodka is added to the mix.
The "hairy" refers to more alcohol.

•  1 Part Peach Schnapps
•  1 Part Orange Juice 
•  1/2 Part Vodka

Long Island Iced Tea Recipe. Classic Summer Cocktail.

How to make a great "Long Island Iced Tea" Recipe.

A Classic Summer Cocktail.

OVERVIEW
Watch out for this one! A blend of many types of alcohol, and tastes great, so it creeps up on you. May only want 2 of these babies.

ORIGINS
The Long Island Iced Tea, was invented
in, you guessed it, Long Island, NY.
It was invented in the 1970's by a
bartender named Robert "Rosebud" Butt.
There are many variations of this drink today
around the world.

Long Island Iced Tea Ingredients: ONE
• 1 Part Gin
• 1 part White Rum
• 1 Part Vodka
• 1 Part Creme De Menthe
• 2 Parts Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Tsp. Simple Sugar Syrup.
• 10 Ice cubes


Long Island Iced Tea Ingredients: TWO
• 1 Part Gin
• 1 part White Rum
• 1 Part Vodka
• 1 Part Triple Sec
• 2 Parts Sour Mix
• 2 Parts Cola.
• 10 Ice cubes

Place in cocktail shaker, and
serve over ice in a highball glass.
Garnish with lime or lemon and a straw.

A Great Summer Cocktail.
What a great name!
This one tastes fantastic and is easy to make. This is the most original Sex on the Beach recipe that we could find. A classic summer cocktail using Vodka and Peach Schnapps.

INGREDIENTS: Sex on the Beach
• 1 1/2 Parts Vodka Cheaper Vodka is fine because the peach flavor is very strong.
• 1/2 Part Peach Schnapps
• 2 Parts Orange Juice
• 2 Parts Cranberry Juice (Often forgotten)
Mix Vodka and schnapps in a glass already filled
with ice. Add juices and Enjoy!

Shake in cocktail shaker until frost forms.
Pour into a clear glass filled with ice.
Garnish with fresh mint.

How to make the "Between the Sheets" cocktail drink.

A classic tropical cocktail that was a very popular drink in the 1980's.

A very fun drink with the younger crowds. This drink is easy to make, it uses equal parts of the following.

Between the sheets recipe:
Ingredients
• 1 oz Brandy (E & L, Kammer Williams, Christian Brothers, etc.)
• 1 oz Light rum (Cruzan, Trader Vic's, Bacardi, etc.)
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well until cold and frosty. 
Strain into a cocktail glass.Garnish with lemon.

Classic Lime Margarita Cocktail Recipe. A Classic Tropical Mixed Drink

How to make a Classic Margarita cocktail recipe.

A timeless classic, this is a tropical drink made from Tequila.

Perfect for cooling off at the tiki bar on a hot summer day.

OVERVIEW
Perfect chilled or blended with ice, and they are usually garnished by dipping the rim of the glass in lime juice and then dipping it in salt. A wonderful combination. 

Classic Margarita Recipe (3 equal parts)
Ingredients.

• 1 part Tequila (Cabo Wabo, Jose Cuervo, Patron, Herradura, etc.)

• 1 part Triple sec

• 1 part lime juice (Fresh)

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Mix in a cocktail shaker with ice until nice and cold.
Pour into a classic margarita glass.
Garnish the rim of the margarita glass with some salt.
Garnish the edge with a lime wedge.
