Tropical cocktail drink recipe: How to make the SOHO Lagoon Punch.

A wonderful cocktail punch recipe to serve at a luau or tiki party.

This one of our favorite drinks to serve at tiki parties in the summer time.
It tastes great, and is a super easy breezy cocktail to make.
It's just basically two liqueur's and club soda.

The liqueurs used in this cocktail are lychee liqueur and blue curaçao.
Lychee liqueur: Lychee is unknown to many, but is becoming very popular as of late.
Lychee is a type of fruit with a sweet perfume like flavor. The Clear colorless liqueur is just as exotic and distinctive as it is smooth.  There is also a hint of rose petal to the flavor.
Blue curaçao: A citrus cocktail with a blue color. Similar to Cointreau or triple sec. This is what gives this drink a the visual punch and tropical feel.

SOHO Lagoon Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 Parts SOHO Lychee Liqueur
• 1.5 Parts blue curaçao
• 3.5 Parts of club soda
• Orange slices to use as a cocktail garnish

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Mix the ingredients directly into a tropical punch bowl.
Add ice cubes.
Garnish with orange slices.
You can really doll up this punch with other garnishes and flowers.

Place all of the ingredients with some ice in a cocktail blender.
Blend until nice and creamy.
Pour the mx into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish rim of glass with half a slice of banana.

Juice the passionfruit by squeezing the fruit into the glass.
Str again.
Garnish with passion fruit slice and pineapple.

2 oz Chambord

Flying Kangaroo Recipe:
Ingredients
1 oz white rum (Bacardi, Cruzan, etc.)
1 oz vodka (Any vodka is fine since the juices will overpower the taste)
1/4 oz Galliano
3/4 oz orange juice
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
3/4 oz coconut cream
1/4 oz cream (can use milk)

Mixing Directions:
Shake all of the above ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until nice and cold.
Strain and pour into a glass with crushed ice if you prefer.
You can garnish the cocktail with a pineapple.

• 1 oz orange curacao (hiram walker)
• 1 orange, juice
• 1 lime, juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• dash orgeat (substitute amaretto)
• dash simple syrup
• Wedges pineapple

Mixing Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a tall glass.
Cover the glass and shake for a little bit.
Pour into two glasses with ice.
Garnish with the pineapple.

Shack in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Strain and pour into a glass filled with ice.

• 2 oz. white rum   (barcardi, trader vic's, cruzan, etc.)
• Club soda
• kiwi silce for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. Use a chilled cocktail glass.
2. Mix the green creme de menthe, creme de banana, passion fruit syrup, and white rum, into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold.
4. Strain the mix into the prepared glass.
5. Top off with club soda.
6. Garnish with the Kiwi.

We made one of these cocktails last weekend, so we had to share it with you.

For the most part this drink is a classic cocktail with the Vodka, Cointreau and lime juice, but the papaya nectar is what puts a nice spin on it and gives it that tropical vibe.

Beach Cooler Recipe:

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Vodka (Absolute, Skyy, Smirnoff, Grey Goose, etc.)
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 2 oz Fresh Papaya Nectar

Beach Cooler Instructions.
Mix it all in s cocktail shaker with ice. 

Shake well, until cold a frosty.

Pour and Strain the mix into a highball glass with ice.

4. You can garnish the drink with a lemon peel and a orange spiral.

• Finely Ground Graham Crackers
• Lime Wheels for garnish

Martini Instructions
Pour a little of the Rose’s lime juice into a shallow dish.
Pour graham crackers into another shallow dish.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour the vodka, keke beach, and the measured rose’s into the cocktail shaker.
Shake until the contents are cold.
Turn martini glass upside down and dip the rim into the lime juice.
Then dip the rim into the graham crackers.
Pour the  shaker mx into a glass.
Add a lime wheel as a garnish.

Marcus' mango mojito recipe
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 cups chopped Mango
• Dark Rum (Captian Morgan Black Label, Bacardi Gold, Cruzan Estate, Mount Grey Eclipse, etc.)
• Fresh Mint leaves
• Ice

Cocktail Mixing Procedure:
Place mango cubes into a measuring bowl. Fill the bowl up to 4 cups with the Dark Rum.
Allow this to chill overnight, or for a few days if ya got the time.
Muddle the fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a Highball glass.
Pout and strain the mango rum mix over ice.
Garnish with mint leaves.
