This version is similar to Trader Vic's Mai Tai cocktail, just a touch more fruit taste, but still a nice kick.
There are many versions of the Mai Tai mixed drink out there, some are just wrong. But this Hawaiian Mai Tai is one of the best.  "Mai Tai" means "great" and "The Best".

Hawaiian Mai Tai Recipe:
Ingredients
• 2 oz light rum (bacardi, cruzan estate, tortuga light rum, etc.)
• 1 oz dark rum (whalers dark rum, cruzan black, myers dark, captain morgan, etc.)
• 1 oz orange curacao (hiram walker)
• 1 orange, juice
• 1 lime, juice
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• dash orgeat (substitute amaretto)
• dash simple syrup
• Wedges pineapple

Mixing Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a tall glass.
Cover the glass and shake for a little bit.
Pour into two glasses with ice.
Garnish with the pineapple.

New Orleans Hand Grenade Recipe:
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz gin (beefeater, tanqueray, bombay sapphire, hendricks gin, etc.)
1 1/2 oz grain alcohol (everclear)
1 1/2 oz Melon-liqueur (potter's melon, midori melon, dekuyper, etc.)
1 1/2 oz White Rum (cruzan, bacardi, etc.)
1 1/2 oz vodka (absolut, skyy, smirnoff, etc.)

New Orleans Hand Grenade Mixing Directions
Shack in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Strain and pour into a glass filled with ice.
You can mix in water and sugar if you want.
