A perfect summer cocktail for a beach party. 

Simply delicious! This drink says tropical and beach just about as good as any cocktail we can think of. The Beach Breeze cocktail uses 3 rums and a blend of fruit juices, can you get any more tropical, we think not. You will love this beach drink. Plus it's got good eye candy with the yellow, reds and oranges. Makes me think of the tequila sunrise. 

This cocktail uses both Malibu and Parrot bay rums to achieve a nice blend of flavors. 

Beach Breeze Recipe:
Cocktail Ingredients

• 1 part Parrot Bay Strawberry Rum
• 1 part Parrot Bay Pineapple Rum
• 1 part Malibu Coconut Rum
• 2 parts Orange Juice (Fresher the better)
• 2 parts Pineapple Juice (Fresher the better)
• 1 part Grenadine
• A Cherry as a garnish

Cocktail Mixing Directions
Pour all the rums into an ice filled highball or similar glass. 

Next  add the juices and give a quick stir.

Follow the fruit juices with the grenadine. 

Finish by garnishing with the cherry.

Bird of Paradise Cooler Recipe:

Ingredients
• 1 oz fresh Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Gin (Tanqueray, Hendrick's, Gordons London Dry, Bombay Sapphire, Beefeater, Seagram)
• 1 tsp Grenadine
• 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
• 1 Egg White 

• Soda Water

Bird of Paradise Cooler instructions.
Mix all the ingredients, but the soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Mix until cold.  

Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.

Top with the soda water.

Garnish with a tropical themed item.

• 3 oz. applejack (Lairds Apple Jack, Harvest Spirits, etc)
• 2 oz. lemon or lime juice
• 2 oz. dashes grenadine

Drink mixing Directions:

Garnish with a cherry and or lime peel.
Shaken into a chilled glass, garnished, and served straight up.

The easiest way to describe this beverage is as a maraschino-flavored daiquiri. Despite the fact that maraschino liqueur is used sparingly, the dry cherry flavor dominates this otherwise translucent beverage, adding a delightful, vibrant touch.

Beachcomber Cocktail A Tiki Classic.

Beachcomber Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Light Rum (Bacardi, Cruzan, etc.)
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• 1/2 oz Grenadine or maraschino liqueur
• 1 oz Sour Mix

Mixing Instructions
Shake everything with ice and pour into glass.
Add sugar to rim. Garnish with a slice of lime.
