Tropical Drinks: How to make the Pineapple Cooler, a great tropical wine cooler.

Wine coolers were the deal in the 1980's. They are still a excellent summer drink today.

Pineapple Cooler Recipe:
Ingredients
• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• Soda Water (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp White Powdered Sugar
• 2 oz White Wine (Moscato, Reisling, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Pour the white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar and two-ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass and stir. 
2. Add some ice cubes, and fill the glass with the carbonated water.
3. Stir the cocktail again.
4. You can garnish the drink with a lemon peel and a orange spiral.

Wine coolers where very popular in the 1980's, 

I should know, I was there. and I drank a lot of them on the beach 
with my friends. 


80's Peach Wine Cooler Recipe:

Ingredients


• 4 oz Chablis white wine
• 6 oz 7-Up soda
• 2 oz peach juice

80's Peach Wine Cooler Mixing Directions

Pour the Chablis white wine into a tall wine glass, and top with 7-Up. Add peach juice, and stir the mix for a few. Drink cold.

OVERVIEW
Sangria is from Spain, they are the worlds biggest
drinkers of this fruit infused wine.
The root of the word Sangria means "blood".

ESSENTIAL TRADITIONAL SANGRIA INGREDIENTS
• RED WINE  
• SLICED FRUIT 
• SWEETENER (honey, citrus)

OPTIONAL
• Small amount of SPIRITS (brandy, triple sec)
• CLUB SODA or ICE
SANGRIA RECIPES
How to make Sangria.
RECIPE ONE: Basic & Quick
• 1 Bottle Red Wine
• 1 Orange Sliced
• 1 Lemon Sliced
• 1 Tlps. Sugar
• 1 oz Brandy
• 2 Cups Club or Citrus Soda
RECIPE TWO: More Fruit
• 1 Bottle Red Wine
• 1 Orange Sliced
• 1 Lemon Sliced
• 1 Peach Sliced
• 1 Lime Sliced
• 1 Cup Strawberries Sliced
• 1 Cup Lemonade
• 1/2 Cup Sugar
• 1 Cup Fruit Brandy
• 2 Cups Ginger Ale

RECIPE THREE: White Wine with Honey and Peach
• 1 Bottle White Wine (Rhine, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscato)
• 2 Peaches Sliced
• 1 Orange Sliced
• 1 Mango Sliced
• 1 Cup Honey
• 1/2 Cup Peach Schapps
• 1 Cup Citrus Beverage or Ginger Ale
