Tropical Drinks: How to make the Beach Cooler cocktail, a great tropical mixed drink.
We made one of these cocktails last weekend, so we had to share it with you.
For the most part this drink is a classic cocktail with the Vodka, Cointreau and lime juice, but the papaya nectar is what puts a nice spin on it and gives it that tropical vibe.
Beach Cooler Recipe:

Ingredients
• 1 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Vodka (Absolute, Skyy, Smirnoff, Grey Goose, etc.)
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 2 oz Fresh Papaya Nectar
Beach Cooler Instructions.
Mix it all in s cocktail shaker with ice.
• 1 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1 oz Vodka (Absolute, Skyy, Smirnoff, Grey Goose, etc.)
• 1 oz Cointreau
• 2 oz Fresh Papaya Nectar
Beach Cooler Instructions.
Mix it all in s cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well, until cold a frosty.
Pour and Strain the mix into a highball glass with ice.
