Pineapple Cooler Recipe:

Ingredients

• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• Soda Water (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp White Powdered Sugar
• 2 oz White Wine (Moscato, Reisling, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Pour the white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar and two-ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass and stir. 

2. Add some ice cubes, and fill the glass with the carbonated water.

3. Stir the cocktail again.

4. You can garnish the drink with a lemon peel and a orange spiral.

• 2/3 oz Rose’s Lime Juice
• Finely Ground Graham Crackers
• Lime Wheels for garnish

Martini Instructions
Pour a little of the Rose’s lime juice into a shallow dish.
Pour graham crackers into another shallow dish.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour the vodka, keke beach, and the measured rose’s into the cocktail shaker.
Shake until the contents are cold.
Turn martini glass upside down and dip the rim into the lime juice.
Then dip the rim into the graham crackers.
Pour the  shaker mx into a glass.
Add a lime wheel as a garnish.

Marcus' mango mojito recipe
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 cups chopped Mango
• Dark Rum (Captian Morgan Black Label, Bacardi Gold, Cruzan Estate, Mount Grey Eclipse, etc.)
• Fresh Mint leaves
• Ice

Cocktail Mixing Procedure:
Place mango cubes into a measuring bowl. Fill the bowl up to 4 cups with the Dark Rum.
Allow this to chill overnight, or for a few days if ya got the time.
Muddle the fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a Highball glass.
Pout and strain the mango rum mix over ice.
Garnish with mint leaves.

How to make the Tropical Storm cocktail drink.

This is another classic tropical cocktail with loads of tropical fruit taste.

Tropical Storm cocktail drink

Tropical Storm Recipe:
• 1 sliced Ripe Banana
• 1 part of a Banana Liqueur (D' Artemis Banana, Binyamina Banana, Bols Creme de Banana, etc)
• 1 Cherry
• A splash of Grenadine
• 4 parts of Orange juice
• A splash of Pineapple Juice
• 2 parts of a white, silver or light Rum (Bacardi, Cruzan, Ronrico Silver, Appleton, etc)

Cocktail Mixing Instruction:

Blend ingredients in a bar blender until smooth and creamy. Serve this tropical cocktail in a hurricane glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

BASIC JELLO SHOT RECIPE:
Ingredients

• 6 oz. Jello Pack (The kind you choose, will give the flavor)

• 16 oz. Boiling water

• 6 oz. Cold water

• 10 oz. Vodka (Skyy, Absolut, Grey Goose, Smirnoff)

MIXING PROCEDURE:

Fully dissolve the Jello pack in the boiling hot water.

Then add the cold water and then the alcohol.

Pour the mix into shot glasses, paper or plastic cups.

Clear small plastic cups work good, they are neat looking and

it's easier to get the Jello out.

Let stand until ready.

• 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
• 4 oz. Passion Fruit Juice

Tropical Itch Drink Recipe Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker until cold and frosty.
Then pour into an interesting shaped glass. Add Crushed Ice and your choice of garnish.

Hawaiian Margarita Ingredients
• 1 Cup of Ice
• 1 1/2 oz light Tequila (Cabo Wabo, Patron Silver, Jose Cuervo Silver, etc)
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec (Free Brothers Curacao, Dekuyper, Finest Call, Potter's, etc.)
• 2 oz Strawberries

• 1 oz. Blue Curacao (DeKuyper, Hiram Walker, Alize, Monin, etc.)
• 1 oz. of Creme de Coconut (Coco Lopez Creme De Coconut)
• 1 slice of Pineapple (Garnish)
• 1 Cherry (Garnish)

Procedure
Blend the light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric cocktail blender at high speed. Then pour the contents into a highball glass. Garnish the cocktail with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.

Glass: Hurricane glass

Cocktail Mixing Procedure
Mix ingredients in cocktail shaker with some ice. Then train into a glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
