Tropical Drink Recipes: How to make the Pineapple Mojito. 

A great tasting tropical Mojito Recipe

This is a nice spin off the regular mojito cocktail. 

Pineapple Mojito

Pineapple Mojito
• 3 fresh green sprigs of mint
• 2 ts white sugar 
• half a lime
• 1-1/2 oz of light rum (Bacardi)
• 2 slices of fresh pineapple
• club soda to top


Procedure.
Muddle 2 of the sprigs of mint, lime, pineapple, and sugar in a glass. 
Then add the white rum. Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass of cracked or crushed ice. Top of with the club soda. Then garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple slice. Enjoy!
