Tropical Drinks: How to make the Pineapple Cooler, a great tropical wine cooler.

Wine coolers were the deal in the 1980's. They are still a excellent summer drink today.

Pineapple Cooler Recipe:

Ingredients

• 2 oz Pineapple Juice
• Soda Water (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp White Powdered Sugar
• 2 oz White Wine (Moscato, Reisling, etc.)

Instructions:
1. Pour the white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar and two-ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass and stir. 

2. Add some ice cubes, and fill the glass with the carbonated water.

3. Stir the cocktail again.

4. You can garnish the drink with a lemon peel and a orange spiral.

Ingredients

• 1 part or 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

• 1 part or 1/2 oz. Bacardi 151 (High proof rum)

Directions:
Mix the Blue Curacao and the Bacardi 151 rum into a shot glass and drink.
