• 1 1⁄2 oz 100% blue agave silver Tequila

• (Optional) 1 oz fresh orange juice or agave nectar.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions: 

Shake mixture in a cocktail shaker full of ice until shaker is frosty. Pour into glass. Salt rim of the glass with a kosher salt and do not use regular table salt.

• 1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice

• 3 large basil leaves

Cocktail Mixing Procedure
Muddle the pepper, basil, agave nectar and lime juice. Add other ingredients and shake well in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain and pour over ice into a “rocks” glass. Garnish with a basil leaf and the jalapeno pepper.

Pineapple Mojito

Pineapple Mojito
• 3 fresh green sprigs of mint
• 2 ts white sugar 
• half a lime
• 1-1/2 oz of light rum (Bacardi)
• 2 slices of fresh pineapple
• club soda to top


Procedure.
Muddle 2 of the sprigs of mint, lime, pineapple, and sugar in a glass. 
Then add the white rum. Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a tall glass of cracked or crushed ice. Top of with the club soda. Then garnish with a mint sprig and pineapple slice. Enjoy!

Here´s two recipes for the classic tropical cocktail the Hurricane, one is the basic one and the other the common recipe today. The Hurricane cocktail is still being served at Pat O`Briens in New Orleans where the drink originated.

Hurricane Cocktail Drink

Basic Hurricane recipe:

• 1.5 oz light rum (Cruzan, Barcardi, etc.)
• 1.5 oz dark rum (Trader Vic's, Myers rum)
• 1 oz passionfruit juice or syrup (Trader Vic's)
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice

Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice until frosty and then strain into a Hurricane glass filled with ice.

Common Hurricane recipe:

• 1.5 oz light rum
• 1.5 oz dark rum
• 1 oz fresh orange juice
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/4 cup passion fruit juice, or 1 tablespoon passion fruit syrup
• 1 oz simple syrup (sugar water)
• 1 teaspoon grenadine
Stemmed cherries, and orange slice as a garnish
Ice cubes or crushed ice.

Hurricane Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Half fill a Hurricane glass with crushed ice. Shake all ingredients and strain into the glass. Add more ice if needed and garnish with an orange slice and stemmed cherry.

This one tastes fantastic and is easy to make. This is the most original Sex on the Beach recipe that we could find. A classic summer cocktail using Vodka and Peach Schnapps.

INGREDIENTS: Sex on the Beach

• 1 1/2 Parts Vodka Cheaper Vodka is fine because the peach flavor is very strong.

• 1/2 Part Peach Schnapps

• 2 Parts Orange Juice

• 2 Parts Cranberry Juice (Often forgotten)

Mix Vodka and schnapps in a glass already filled

with ice. Add juices and Enjoy!
