Here is a nice exotic cocktail to drink while on the beach, or wishing you are on a beach.
The pomegranate gives the drink a nice variation from the normal cosmo cocktail.  A wonderful Malibu rum recipe.

Island Cosmo Recipe
Ingredients:

• 1 part Malibu Coconut Rum
• 1/3 part Absolut Citron Vodka
• 1/3 part Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 part Pomegranate Juice

Mixing Instructions:
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice until nice and cold and frosty.
Strain into a cold or chilled cocktail glass.
You can garnish the cocktail with a lemon and or a orange zest.
