Here is a great Malibu rum recipe. As the name implies there is a nice coconut flavor from the coconut rum. The ice cream and cacao powder give this tropical cocktail it's uniqueness.   Very easy drink to make. You can use as a tropical desert cocktail.

Coconut Cargo Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 part Malibu
1 part Vanilla Ice Cream
Cacao Powder

Mixing Instructions
Shake with by using no ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain and pour the mix into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish by dusting with the cacao powder.
