Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail Drink. 

One classic cocktail recipe that combines almost all of the major liquors, including tequila, is the Long Island Iced Tea. Mix one half ounce of each of the following liquors: vodka, rum, gin, tequila and triple sec. Add one ounce of sweet and sour mix and a splash of cola. Enjoy the flavors of the summer in the Hamptons in a highball glass. 

When looking for a refreshing drink on a hot day, there is nothing better than a tall glass of iced tea. Not only is it thirst-quenching, but it is also a great source of hydration. There are so many variations of iced tea that you can make, but one of the most popular is the Long Island Iced Tea. This is a perfect drink for the person who likes to have a little bit of everything in their drink. The Long Island Iced Tea is made with gin, vodka, rum, tequila, triple sec, and cola. Long Island Iced Tea Ingredients:

1 oz. tequila
1 oz. gin
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. rum
1 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. sweet and sour mix
Splash of cola

• .5 parts Sugar Syrup
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• Sliced Leomns and Oranges
• 1 Malibu tea/Spice Bag.
• Nutmeg as a garnish.

Punch Mixing Instructions:
Add the spice mix to boiling water.
Heat for 4-5 minutes.
Now add in the rest of the ingredients.
Heat a little longer.
Add in the fruits.
Garnish the tropical punch with nutmeg.

• 1 part Parrot Bay Strawberry Rum
• 1 part Parrot Bay Pineapple Rum
• 1 part Malibu Coconut Rum
• 2 parts Orange Juice (Fresher the better)
• 2 parts Pineapple Juice (Fresher the better)
• 1 part Grenadine
• A Cherry as a garnish

Cocktail Mixing Directions
Pour all the rums into an ice filled highball or similar glass. 

Next  add the juices and give a quick stir.

Follow the fruit juices with the grenadine. 

Finish by garnishing with the cherry.

• 1 dash 7-Up
• 3 part of some sweet and sour mix

Cocktail Mixing Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients in a cocktail glass.
Add the the sweet and sour mix and stir.
Top it  off with the 7-up. 
Garnish with a cherry if you like and serve cold.

• 3 parts Malibu Coconut Rum
• 2 parts Apple Juice
• 4 parts Chilled Earl Grey Tea
• 1 part Fresh Lime Juice or Rosa's Lime
• ½ part Simple Syrup (1/2 water 1/2 sugar)
• Fresh Raspberries

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Start by Muddleing the raspberries.
Then simply add the rest of the listed ingredients.
Add ice and garnish with mint and citrus wheels and you are good to go.

Heat Pineapple Punch Recipe.

Ingredients:

3 parts Malibu Coconut Rum

4 parts Pineapple Juice

4 parts Boiling Water

1 part Fresh Lime Juice

1 half part Sugar Syrup

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Sliced lemons and oranges

1 Tea/Spice Bag 

(containing the following: clove,  green cardamom,  allspice, star anise, cinnamon, green tea)

Cocktail Mixing Instruction

Add the tea bag /spice mix to the boiling water. 

Heat for 5010 minutes.

Now add the other ingredients. 

Heat further until hot but do not boil. 

Can be served as a cold or warm cocktail.

This is just the Blue version of the classic Long Island. Using the Blue Curacao instead of the normal cola, puts a nice tropical spin on a classic cocktail drink and makes the drink unique in it's own right.  Almost every alcohol under the sun is contained in the Long Island Iced Tea, so a few of these goes a long way.

Substituting Blue UV Vodka is another option based on the "blue" theme.

Blue Long Island Recipe:

Ingredients
• 1 ounce vodka (Smirnoff, Grey Goose, Absolut, Crystal Head, etc.)

• 1 ounce gin (Bombay, Plymouth Gin, Tanqueray, Seagram Gin, Hendricks, etc.)

• 1 ounce light rum (Bacardi Silver, Cruzan, Sunset, etc.)

• 1 ounce gold tequila (Jose Cuervo Gold, Sauza Gold, Pepe Lopez, etc)

• 1 ounce Blue Curacao liqueur (Bols, Hiram Walker, Dekuyper, Llords, etc)

• 5 ounces sweet and sour mix

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Fill a clear cocktail glass with some ice. 

Pour in the liquors, and then add the sweet and sour mixture. 

At the end add the blue curacao. 

Complete the cocktail with a garnish of lemon.

Blue curaçao: A citrus cocktail with a blue color. Similar to Cointreau or triple sec. This is what gives this drink a the visual punch and tropical feel.

SOHO Lagoon Punch Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 Parts SOHO Lychee Liqueur
• 1.5 Parts blue curaçao
• 3.5 Parts of club soda
• Orange slices to use as a cocktail garnish

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Mix the ingredients directly into a tropical punch bowl.
Add ice cubes.
Garnish with orange slices.
You can really doll up this punch with other garnishes and flowers.
